The aim is to promote negotiation and dialogue with the institutions and the citizens, by activating the recycling of ideas and mechanisms in order to confront unresolved issues through creativity and working together. Architect and artist Santiago Cirugeda attempts to indicate ways of solving the issue of housing and public space management with myriad actions in many different places.

The aim here is to discover an infinite number of overlooked scenes which, once intercepted and recombined, offer uncountable narrative possibilities out of situations that occur in spaces bordering the private and public spheres, which Michelle Teran derives onto the urban space as she strolls through it.

Espai Diògenes is a Jordi Mitjà's temporary research project which takes place on this space in different forms. In spite of the autonomy of each artwork of this installation, the project would increase the mainwork to the unapproachability. This research project starts from the Diogenes syndrome.
